QHSE
Our quality system is based on ISO9001 Quality management System with core documentation for the business processes and Project Documentation to control project specific areas. This also includes environmental and safety requirements as required by UK legislation and Project specific requirements as outlined by the client. The ISO9001:2000 standard is customer-oriented. It enables us to communicate with customers and to measure and monitor customer satisfaction.
The standard also emphasizes the need to make improvements. ISO 9001 assists us to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of our quality management system, and to identify and implement systemic improvements.
Integrated Management
QuestDrill have adopted an integrated, continuous improvement approach to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management. We have developed an integrated Management System, which incorporates all aspects of QHSE management relating to company activities. For every project that we initiate, we create a living document that takes our standards for Health, Safety and Environment and adds to them the Client specific requirements. This observes UK legislation, with best practice to make a cohesive system for the project to be operated under.
Safety and Health Policy
It is the policy of QuestDrill to manage its business and to provide services in such a way that it minimises the risk to the safety or health of its employees and other persons who may be affected.
In addition to compliance with safety measures required by law, the company shall be proactive in the prevention of injuries or damage arising from our operations. We shall also set our own standards at a higher level, where appropriate, to prevent ill health.
Environmental Policy
QuestDrill shall manage its business to provide services and minimise the risk of damage or harm to the environment, wildlife or areas of cultural, religious or historical significance
In addition to compliance with environmental standards required by law, QuestDrill shall be proactive in the prevention of environmental damage from its operations
QuestDrill shall take account of environmental issues in all its operations. In particular QuestDrill shall endeavour to minimise waste, prevent pollution and shall encourage environmentally friendly activities where appropriate
